This apartment is suitable for 4 people (2+2 persons) and is located on the ground floor, opposite the swimming pool. The living room features a seating area, dining area, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a charming mezzanine room with two (or three) single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine. Outside, there is a private terrace with garden furniture. Breakfast can be booked optionally. At the back of the grounds is the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for a day of relaxation in the sun. On their way to the pool, children can stop by the donkeys or rabbits, a beloved tradition among guests. Those who wish can participate in a cooking workshop or a tour with wine tasting in the wine cellar, where the various Franciacorta wines are explained with passion. The owners welcome their guests with open arms and are happy to introduce you to their wines and products. In the restaurant, which is open on selected days, you can taste dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from the local area – naturally paired with a glass of house wine. The restaurant is closed during the harvest season (August), but outside of that period, it is a culinary spot to enjoy.

From the estate, you can walk to the village of Ome in just a few minutes, where you will find a bakery, an ice cream parlor, and various bars and restaurants. Lake Iseo is only 12 km away, a quiet and atmospheric alternative to Lake Garda. Here you can enjoy a lovely walk along the promenade, visit a market, or take a boat trip to Monte Isola, the island in the middle of the lake.

Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Franciacorta Outlet Village for a day of shopping, or the 27-hole Franciacorta Golf Club for a sporty morning. Cities like Brescia, Verona, and Milan are within reach and offer plenty of culture and charm.
