This apartment accommodates 6 people (4+2 persons) and is located on the ground floor overlooking the garden. Inside, you will find a bright living room with a seating area, dining area, and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet, and hairdryer provide extra comfort. Outside, the private terrace with garden furniture offers a lovely spot for breakfast or enjoying a good glass of wine in the evening. In the garden, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols — the perfect place to cool off or dream away amidst the scent of lavender and grapevines. On their way to the pool, children can stop by the donkeys or rabbits, or help with small activities in the yard. Cooking workshops and tours with wine tasting in the private cellar are available upon request. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients and its own wines; a dinner with a glass of sparkling Franciacorta is a must. (The restaurant is temporarily closed during the harvest season in August.)

The surrounding area also has much to offer: a large outlet with Italian brands is a 10-minute drive away, and the 27-hole golf course of Franciacorta Golf Club is nearby. For a cultural excursion, you can reach cities such as Brescia, Verona, or Milan within an hour and a half's drive.
