This apartment is suitable for one person and is located above the winery. The living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, a dining area, and a small kitchenette with a hob, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and outside there is a terrace or balcony with a view of the vineyards. Breakfast is included and consists of an extensive international buffet with fresh croissants, homemade cakes, jam, yogurt, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, and, of course, espresso or cappuccino.

In the garden lies the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols: a lovely place to relax after a day of discovery. While you enjoy the sun, you can see the vineyards glistening in the light in the distance. The friendly owners are happy to invite you for a tour with wine tasting in the cellar or an Italian cooking class upon request. During the harvest season in August, the restaurant is temporarily closed, but outside of that period, you can enjoy delicious dinners featuring local produce, accompanied by their own sparkling wine.

From the estate, you can easily walk to the village of Ome, where you will find a bakery, an ice cream parlor, and cozy bars. Lake Iseo is just 12 kilometers away, quieter than Lake Garda, but at least as charming. Take a boat trip to the island of Monte Isola, visit the local market, or enjoy a glass of wine by the waterfront.

For a day of shopping, the Franciacorta Outlet Village is reachable within 10 minutes, and golf enthusiasts can visit the 27-hole golf course at Franciacorta Golf Club. Cities such as Brescia, Verona, and Milan are also within easy reach for a cultural excursion.
