This atmospheric holiday villa for 6 people is a former hay barn that has been restored with great care and is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, a short distance from San Miniato. A delightful place where peace, comfort, and authentic charm come together, with a private swimming pool right on the doorstep.

The villa is fully adapted to modern comfort and, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offers ample space for six people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with large windows and a conservatory overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. Adjacent is the modern kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. From the house, you have access to the outdoors on two sides: on one side, the swimming pool with sun terrace; on the other, a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings. The layout is practical and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom where the beds can be separated upon request, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot days. The owner is happy to tell you about the area and can recommend the best restaurants and most beautiful spots. She can also arrange various excursions in advance, such as a horseback riding tour, a cheese tasting, or a tasting at the famous chocolatier Amedei, or a truffle hunt in the autumn or spring. There is another house belonging to the owner on the grounds; however, she only uses this as a reception point on weekends.

The larger San Miniato is about 8 kilometers away and offers extensive amenities, shops, and restaurants. Thanks to its central location, this holiday home is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. Cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra are all easily accessible for a day trip. Golf enthusiasts can also indulge their passion at Golf Club Castelfalfi, about 20 kilometers away.
