This stylish villa accommodates 6 people and is situated in a completely secluded location within the wooded part of the estate. The interior is classic and refined, featuring high-quality materials and a warm country feel. The living room with a fireplace, together with the dining room and modern kitchen, forms the comfortable heart of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Furthermore, a Bose docking station and a DVD player are available. Air conditioning in all rooms, as well as heating, is provided. Two hours of housekeeping per day are included from Monday to Friday. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath, double sink, shower, and toilet. As an extra treat, there is a 2x2m jacuzzi bath. On the terrace by the house, you can eat outside and barbecue on the stone barbecue, which includes an outdoor bar. The swimming pool can be heated (max. 26ºC); this can be requested in advance (with at least 1 week's notice) (€ 300 per week). Pool towels are included in the linen package. Upon arrival, a welcome pack awaits containing tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread, butter, and a bottle of house wine. Furthermore, Occitane toiletries are provided, as well as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, and a fitness power bag. The linen set consists of sheets, bath towels, pool towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Breakfast and dinner are available upon request (€). Tailor-made excursions are also available upon request (€), such as guided walks, massages, and yoga classes. The grounds surrounding the villa are fully enclosed, with access via a remote-controlled gate.

The estate itself is an experience, with forests, vineyards, olive groves, and historic buildings where you can wander endlessly. As a guest, you find yourself in the heart of a working winery known for its quality wines, where a wine tasting is a wonderful addition to your stay. You can also walk to the nearest village, Forcoli, part of Palaia. There you will find a bar, a restaurant, and a few small shops. At the same time, Tuscany lies at your feet: Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Lucca are easily accessible for a day of culture, while the coast at Forte dei Marmi beckons for the sea and beach. If you wish to break up days of relaxing by the pool or in the villa's jacuzzi with an active pursuit, you could, for example, play a round of golf on the golf course; the nearest one is about a 20-minute drive away. There is also a riding stable nearby, about a 10-minute drive away. The surrounding area, with its vineyards, hills, and fields of sunflowers, invites you for a beautiful horseback ride. A stay here feels like coming home to a special estate, where tranquility and discovery go hand in hand.
