The house is spread over two floors, both of which offer direct access to the garden due to its location against the hillside. On the ground floor is the bright living room with high ceilings, large windows, a seating area with a fireplace, and a dining area. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a massage shower and toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A spiral staircase leads to the open sleeping loft with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a bath and toilet. The second bedroom is flexibly arranged in a studio layout, featuring a double bed, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a private toilet. Outside, multiple terraces have been created, including a large terrace with a lawn and hammock, and a terrace with a pergola. Slightly lower in the garden lies the private swimming pool with a wooden sun terrace, overlooking the valley. Another villa is located on the grounds; the villas share the same entrance gate but have their own terrace, garden, and swimming pool.
