The villa is situated on a very private part of a historic Lucchese estate of approximately 9 hectares, featuring centuries-old trees and rare botanical plants. The house was inhabited for many years and is furnished with special objects and mementos from her travels to China, India, Nepal, Tibet, Rome, and Venice, among others. Subtle decorative elements can be found throughout the house, creating a warm, unique, and homely atmosphere. The villa is completely detached and features a spacious private garden with flowers and plants, a pergola with lounge sofas, armchairs, and a dining table, perfect for long evenings outdoors. In front of the house lies the private swimming pool with a spacious terrace and outdoor shower. A swing is available for children. Although there are two other holiday homes on the estate, the plots are completely separated by high hedges, and this villa has a private swimming pool for exclusive use, ensuring complete privacy. On the ground floor, there is a spacious central living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and comfortable armchairs, with French doors opening onto the garden. Additionally, there is a second living room with a fireplace, library, and satellite TV. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a small bathroom with a shower, a spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances and a dining area with direct access to the garden, as well as a storage room with a washing machine. On the first floor there are four bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds connected to a second bedroom with a double bed, both with their own entrance; two bedrooms each with two single beds; and two spacious bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath, shower, toilet, and bidet, and the other with a bath, shower, toilet, and bidet. Two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for an additional fee and feature a walk-in wardrobe. A cot and/or high chair are available on request.

The villa is located just 7 kilometers from the center of Lucca, a beautiful walled city with a rich history, charming squares, and excellent restaurants. Walk or cycle along the city walls, visit the historic churches, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, you will find wooded nature, olive groves, and vineyards, ideal for walks and peaceful bike rides. The main villa and the park are open to visitors. The park can be visited without a guide, using a map; the villa can only be visited with a guide. However, this will not disturb you, as the accommodation is situated in a completely separate private area. You can also easily take trips to other famous art cities such as Florence, Pisa, and Siena. The beaches of Versilia and the Apuan Alps are also within an hour's reach. Practical amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy are a short distance away, and just a five-minute drive away, you will find an excellent restaurant serving typical Tuscan and Lucchese dishes.
