Tucked away in a green nature park of olive trees, directly on a private beach on the northeast coast of Sardinia, lies this spacious holiday park. With a saltwater swimming pool, sun terrace, restaurant, pizzeria/beach bar, piano bar, wellness facilities, tennis court, golf course, basketball court, and playground, the park offers everything for a complete family holiday. Thanks to its location near Palau and the famous Costa Smeralda, beaches, islands, and culture can easily be combined with an active holiday.

The apartment is located approximately 30 meters from the beach. The living area features two single sofa beds (sleeping 2 children up to 14 years old), satellite TV, and a kitchenette with a 4-burner hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a small Italian coffee maker (moka). There is a bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hairdryer. Adjacent is a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the sun and the view. The apartment accommodates 2 adults and 2 children (0-14 years), including 1 child in a baby cot. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom, and parking is available nearby. Due to its location on the hillside, there is a short flight of stairs to the apartment.

Beautiful location by the sea with lovely surroundings

The holiday park borders directly on two private beaches: a free beach and a beach with sunbeds for a fee. The nearby marina offers the opportunity to rent motorboats for trips along the Costa Smeralda or the La Maddalena archipelago. Organized boat excursions can be booked from the reception, such as half-day trips to the islands of the archipelago, sea safaris, day trips to Corsica, and mini-cruises on a vintage sailboat. Palau is located 4 km away and is the departure point for many boat trips and a lively evening market. Porto Pollo, Santa Teresa, and Capo Testa are a short distance away and are ideal for hiking, snorkeling, nature photography, or windsurfing. Wine tastings at Vigne Surrau and a visit to Olbia with the summer festival 'L'Estate Olbiese' and historical sights are also among the possibilities.
