Apartment in the Tuscan countryside with plenty of space to play

The accommodation is situated in a restored farmhouse over 200 years old, featuring original chestnut beams and terracotta floors. It includes a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a 4-burner hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Outside, you have your own seating area. The sofa bed can be converted into two beds for children up to 12 years old (additional cost, see price table). A baby cot is not available here. On the grounds, you will find a swimming pool, a large enclosed garden, and various play areas for children. During the high season, the entire property is sometimes rented out as one large holiday home, but during other periods, the four apartments are available separately. The owner lives on the premises with two cats and a dog but fully respects your privacy. Activities such as cooking workshops, yoga classes, photography, and archery are available upon request. Charging stations for electric cars are located 7 km away.

Discover the Tuscan Valdarno

The accommodation is located 1,5 km from the village of Castelfranco di Sopra, amidst an olive grove in a panoramic spot overlooking the valley. The famous “Sette Ponti” route passes by here, connecting Arezzo and Florence. The surroundings consist of vineyards, olive groves, forests, and impressive sandstone formations. From the property, you can take beautiful hiking or mountain biking tours to medieval villages such as Pian di Sco, Loro Ciuffenna, and Figline Val d'Arno. Cities like Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, and Siena are reachable within an hour. There is a large antique market in Arezzo every first Sunday of the month.

Castelfranco di Sopra is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and has various sights, such as the Abbey of Sant Salvatore and a 14th-century fresco in the town hall.
