The 25 apartments are scattered across the hilly grounds like terraced cottages, ensuring each apartment has a lovely terrace and plenty of privacy. You can see the sea from most terraces, but the view is particularly impressive by the pool, with the Tuscan mainland in the background. Hostess Claudia and her family ensure a warm welcome. During the day, she works behind the poolside bar with her mother, and in the evenings, she helps her father at their beach restaurant 1,7 km away, which serves fish, meat, pizzas, and children's menus. Vegetables from her father's garden are sold to guests at a friendly price.

The 4-person apartment is located on the ground floor and features a covered private terrace. Inside, you will find a living area with a dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Straccoligno beach is 1,7 km away and is ideal for young children thanks to the fine sand and gently sloping water. Sunbeds are available for rent by the day or week, and drinks and ice cream are available at the beach bar.
