This charming family park is situated in a beautiful spot between the coast and the green hills of Capoliveri. The area between Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro is considered by many travelers to be the most beautiful part of Elba. Here, you stay in a quiet, green landscape with all amenities within easy reach. For young children, there is a swimming pool with a children's pool and a playground. Older children and parents can enjoy themselves on the tennis court (for a fee), playing table tennis, or in the fitness room. A restaurant is located just 100 meters away, and the beach is easily accessible by bicycle.

The park originated from an old farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s. In 1984, it was renovated and converted into a country house with apartments. Due to the growth of tourism, the estate eventually developed into a cozy family park with 22 apartments, spread across 4 country houses. The main building is situated directly by the swimming pool; the other buildings are located slightly higher up at the edge of the pine forest. The forest offers lovely shady spots, and from the sun terrace by the pool, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hilly landscape of Capoliveri. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building by the pool and features a tiled terrace with a table and chairs. Inside, there is a living area with a simple kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner hob, refrigerator, and small Italian coffee maker. There is a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. Living space is limited when using the sofa beds. This apartment is ideal for those seeking a 6-person stay close to the beaches and villages of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, combined with the tranquility of a green environment.

The holiday park is located in the southeastern part of Elba, an area known for its crystal-clear sea and charming coastal towns. Capoliveri is about 1,5 km away and has an atmospheric center full of restaurants, bars, and small shops. Porto Azzurro is 4 km away and is a lovely place to stroll through, especially on Saturdays during the weekly market. The beaches in this part of Elba are among the most beautiful on the island and are easily accessible. Portoferraio is 14 km away and Rio Marina is 21 km away. Because the accommodation is situated exactly between these two harbors, the Piombino–Rio Marina ferry route is the fastest and most relaxing option.
