This former 14th-century farmhouse has been carefully restored into a charming agriturismo with five spacious apartments, situated on a 43-hectare estate filled with vineyards and chestnut forests. In the garden, there is a panoramic swimming pool with a sun terrace and views over the estate's own vineyards. The garden features multiple terraces, cozy shaded seating areas, and a table tennis table for the children.

The apartment is suitable for 6 people and is spread over two floors.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with classic Tuscan details, a sofa bed, a television (Italian channels), a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, and fridge with freezer compartment. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with French doors opening onto a private terrace (one of which is a spacious 40 m² terrace with views of the Tuscan landscape). There are two bathrooms with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The apartment features air conditioning, window screens, and Wi-Fi (best reception on the terrace).

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area: discover charming Fiesole (14 km) with its Roman amphitheater, taste wine in the Chianti Rufina region, or visit the Vinci workshops, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci.
