The former village center has been restored with great care in authentic Tuscan style, featuring natural stone walls, wooden beams, and warm terracotta floors. The grounds contain five buildings with a total of forty apartments. Further on, in a quieter part of the forest about 350 meters from the swimming pool, you will find glamping tents and bungalows for those seeking a little more privacy.

This two-room apartment with an open sleeping loft is located on the first floor and comfortably accommodates six people. The living area features a fireplace, a sofa, and a kitchenette with a hob, microwave, and coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the open loft contains another double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. At the bottom of the stairs is a cozy pergola with a table, chairs, and barbecue, and an adjoining private garden with sun loungers. The decor is simple but possesses typical Tuscan charm: wooden beams, terracotta floors, and plenty of natural light. Centrally located on the grounds is a large, organically shaped swimming pool (approx. 300 m², unheated) with a shallow section for children and hydromassage; swimming caps are not required. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and there is plenty of play space for children with a small football pitch, table tennis table, and some playground equipment. Ice cream and light snacks are available at the bar. The location on the hill ensures not only cool evenings and fresh air, but also panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. The apartments are simply furnished but equipped with air conditioning, exactly what you need for a relaxing family vacation.

By car, you can reach the beaches of Cecina Mare, Bibbona, or Vada within half an hour, where sun, sea, and Italian atmosphere come together. Day trips to Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, or San Gimignano are also easy to plan. For wine lovers, this is a paradise: in the Bolgheri area, you will find vineyards where you can taste the famous Sassicaia wines. Families with children can visit the Il Giardino Sospeso climbing forest (13 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park (30 km). And for a unique experience, you can go horseback riding along the coast at Marina di Cecina. In Cecina, you will also find a weekly market on Tuesdays (also on Sundays in the summer), and there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops. The nearest restaurant is about a 3-kilometer drive away, at the foot of the hill.
