In the green heart of Tuscany, just outside the quiet village of Riparbella, lies a charming holiday home with a private outdoor pool, nestled among the hills. Here, a stone's throw from the Etruscan coast, nature, tranquility, and Italian village life come together effortlessly. Within a twenty-minute drive, you can reach the coastline full of pine trees, charming beaches, and centuries-old villages.

The holiday home accommodates 8 people and features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a spacious living room with a fireplace, seating area, and satellite TV, and a large eat-in kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee makers, milk frother, and kettle. There is a separate dining area with a dining table and pellet stove, plus a small bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and two smaller bedrooms, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Outside, you will find the private swimming pool with a sun terrace, outdoor shower, sun loungers, table and chairs, a barbecue, and a pergola by the house. The final 500 meters of the access road are on an unpaved path that slopes gradually. Please note that a provincial road runs through the valley at the bottom of the property, and traffic may be audible at times.

Surroundings

Riparbella is located about three kilometers from the house and has a bakery, bar, several restaurants, a small local shop, and a pharmacy. For larger supermarkets and more shops, drive to Cecina, about 16 kilometers away. The Etruscan coast offers beautiful beaches such as Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, and San Vincenzo, ideal for families. Culture lovers can follow the wine routes through Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri or visit Volterra for shops and Etruscan art treasures. For active holidaymakers, there are opportunities for hiking, tennis, horseback riding, or visiting an adventure park. Cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, and Piombino are all within reach, making this holiday home an ideal base for a combination of relaxation, beach, and culture.
