The apartment features a private entrance and a cozy living room with a fireplace, television, and a sofa bed for two people (for a fee). The kitchen is practically equipped with a hob, oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and sink. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible for people with disabilities. Directly in front of the entrance is a small private garden with garden furniture, a lovely spot to have breakfast or relax outdoors. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge. In the garden, there is a delightful swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers; here you can unwind surrounded by olive trees, nature, and views as far as the eye can see. There are some playground equipment items in the garden for the little ones. Every morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room for a fee, choosing between a simple Italian breakfast: just coffee and a cornetto (a type of croissant), or a more international breakfast where you can also choose from bread, cheese, sausage, (homemade) jam, yogurt, juice, and fruit. Incidentally, a bread roll service is also available during the months of June, July, and August.
