This cozy apartment features a private entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed and television, and a practical kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Outside, you will find a private pergola with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the view and the tranquility. Air conditioning is available for a fee. In the garden, there is a lovely swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers, where you can unwind surrounded by olive trees, nature, and views as far as the eye can see. There are some playground equipment items in the garden for the little ones. Every morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room for a fee, choosing between a simple Italian breakfast (just coffee and a cornetto, a type of croissant) or a more international breakfast with a choice of bread, cheese, sausage, (homemade) jam, yogurt, juice, and fruit. Incidentally, a bread roll service is also available during the months of June, July, and August.

Thanks to the central location, famous cities such as San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, and Florence are easily accessible for a day trip. Those who enjoy activity can take part in horseback riding lessons, excursions to nature parks, or a cooking class featuring traditional Tuscan dishes. Beach lovers can head to the coast of Cecina or Bibbona, approximately 55 kilometers away.
