Lu Nibareddu Residence
The residence is located near Porto San Paolo, and consists of 100 holiday homes, ideal for families with children that want to enjoy a beach holiday on the coast of Sardinia, surrounded by nature. From your holiday home you can explore Sardinia and enjoy the many fun activities available in the area. The holiday park has tow play areas for children, one of which is on the beach, with various toys and playground equipment. One of the swimming pools has a shallow children section.
The residence consists of 100 holiday apartments that form a small holiday village, located just 15 to 1500 meters from the beach. If you are staying in an apartment, you can opt either for self-catering or the hotel formula that includes a seat in the restaurant every evening. Breakfast only is also possible.
There are various types of apartments available at this residence. Studios and two-room apartments for 2 to 4 people and three-room apartments for 2 to 6 people. There are also detached holiday villas available for a maximum of 6 people. If you want a holiday villa with sea view, you can also book this option with an additional payment.
The holiday village has two good restaurants with pizzerias, a beach bar and 2 swimming pools. A slightly higher panoramic pool, and a pool located at the restaurant, whit a shallow children’s area.

The accommodations are offered including the costs of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning and if available air conditioning. The 1st set of bed linen and towels is included, the changes are not included in the price and are available for a fee. With all apartments it is possible to book the services of the hotel formula at an additional cost. Washing machines are not available, a launderette can be found 500m from the reception in the village of Monte Petrosu.
A beach kit can be rented on the beach for a fee, viz. 2 sun loungers and a parasol, the costs vary per season. In high season it is recommended to book this in advance.

The property is located in Porto Taverna just 18 km from Olbia, next to the exclusive Costa Smeralda. With a view of the islands of Tavolara and Molara, the residence is located within walking distance from Porto Taverna’s beach. The apartments are also located just a few kilometres from the towns of San Teodoro, Porto San Paolo and Golfo Aranci. In addition, the popular luxury destinations of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo in Costa Smeralda are also easily accessible from the property.
The area is full of possibilities for fun activities and exploration: boat trips to Tavolara, Molara, the La Maddalena archipelago are available from Porto San Paolo . Canoe trips accompanied by a guide lead you to a beautiful place called Sassi Piatti, horseback riding along the beautiful white beaches of La Cinta are a great way to enjoy the breath-taking sunset. These are just a few of the many activities and excursion options available in the area.
In addition to the ideal location on the coast, the beautiful nature in the area also has a lot to offer. The area is ideal for mountain bike tours that start from the residence. The tours lead, among others, to the Porto Taverna and Cala beach, and includes a visit to the near waterfalls!

Excellent location, accommodation on a hill with beautiful views over the bay and sea. it is sensitive to wind on the balcony, but that ensures a bit more freshness at the beginning of October than in the real high season.
BBQ restaurant in the park okay, price-quality is right, but are used to crowds so don't expect too much attention.
Sea view villa with balcony was everything it should be, just dated accommodation.
We did not pay too much out of season, but I understand the reviews that certain accommodations are experienced as expensive given the dated villas.
Swimming pools fine, but fresh. This will also undoubtedly be different in July / August.
Location is perfect for visiting the most beautiful beaches.
We stayed for 6 nights and could have stayed longer! The large balcony really adds to the studio. We drove our rental car down the hill to the beach where we parked each day in the closed private parking. The beach is beautiful! Clear water with beautiful views.
We enjoyed excellent meals at the hotel's BBQ restaurant and also picked up pizzas from them to take back to our balcony. I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely location overlooking sandy beach, apartment clean and big enough for two people, we had the half board option which I can recommend, continental breakfast and a choice of meat fish or vegetarian option every evening. There is a shuttle bus to the beach in the summer which we didn't use as we had a hire car which I recommend but you can park in the hotel car park on the beach which the hotel will give you a code for. Really can't fault the hotel for a relaxed atmosphere. There is no entertainment on site, but the beautiful view makes up for it. The pool looked great although we didn't use it as there were so many lovely sandy beaches nearby.

The apartments are very noisy. You can hear exactly when the neighbors shower and go to the toilet.
