The resort Punta Falcone is located in the northern tip of Sardinia. Beautiful and comfortable holiday apartments, in a quiet location with private beach!
On the property there are 9 buildings with 5 to 6 holiday apartments each. Thanks to its spacious layout, it has not a huge impact on the surrounding environment and its wonderfully quiet. From the resort you can have a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Corsica.
In the middle of the buildings, there is a swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers. There is also a reception and a breakfast area where you can have a croissant and a coffee in the morning (free). The beach of Porto Quadro is exclusively for the guests of Punta Falcone and is 300 meters far from the apartments on a beautiful blue sea. A path between conifers, trees and typical Mediterranean bushes leads from the apartments to the beach. In the nearby areas of Costa Smeralda and Santa Teresa there are plenty of beautiful beaches to explore.
All the apartments are available with 1 or 2 bedrooms and are tastefully decorated. The towels for the swimming pool are available free of charge, air conditioning is included in all the areas, same for Wi-Fi and the guests can park in the secure parking lot.
During high season, a happy hour is organized every Monday with local drinks and snacks.
The reception is always happy to advise on the options for trips and activities in the area, such as golf, horse riding excursions, deep sea fishing, diving, and snorkelling, boat excursions and boat rentals. For example, Punta Falcone’s guests can book diving lessons at Umberto Pellizzari’s diving school and learn from one of the best free divers in the world!

All apartments are on the ground floor, have air conditioning and a private garden. They are soundproof and smoking is strictly forbidden. The apartments are available in classic or superior versions. The superior apartments are more extensively furnished and have larger outdoor space. In addition, the superior apartments are offered including a Comfort package. This consists of: A bottle of Prosecco as a welcome, some more luxurious outdoor furniture including chaise longue, kettle, toaster, ironing board / iron, mattress topper on the beds, extra pillows, midweek cleaning including linen change, newspaper of your choice (from the available range). A simple Italian breakfast is included in both versions (coffee + croissant).

Punta Falcone is located 4 km far from Santa Teresa di Gallura in the far North of Sardinia. Santa Teresa is a nice tourist hotspot with a beautiful historic centre. There are various shops, restaurants, and entertainment options especially in the summer months when it is pleasantly busy. An interesting market is held every Thursday. A well-known sight is the Longosardo beacon tower or the Torre Spagnola. Definitely worth a visit if you are taking a walk around the place. The tower dates from the 16th e century and was built by King Filippo II of Spain.

It is possible to reach Corsica, the ferry leaves 4 times a day from the port of Santa Teresa Gallura to Bonifacio in Corsica, which is very close to here. The distance is only 11 nautical miles (approx. 20 km). The ferry takes you to Corsica in an hour. The well-equipped port of Santa Teresa di Gallura can accommodate all kinds of boats and sailing yachts up to 35m in length.
You can have a great time on the property's own beach, Porto Quadro, there are sunbeds and umbrellas for rent (from the 1st of June) and plenty of fun activities like surfing and diving. In summer, the resort provides a point where refreshments and snacks can be purchased. The beach is about 130m long and you can also see the white rocks of Corsica on the other side of the canal of Bonifacio. In addition to the property's own beach, there are several other beaches in the area, which are worth a visit, such as Rena Bianca, Capo Testa and its beautiful rock formations, La Marmorata, Cala Balcaccia and Baia Santa Reparata.
Punta Falcone is also a great location for golf enthusiasts. The Pevero Golf club is only an hour's drive away. And if you want something different, take the ferry to Corsica and hit a ball on the Sperone golf course in Bonifacio. The reception of the resort will be happy to mediate. There are also many options for trips and exploration, including a tour of the Maddalena archipelago, this can be done with a tourist boat trip, but also in a more exclusive way with a sailing yacht or motor boat. You can also contact the reception of the resort to organize such outings. For diving enthusiasts the property can offer a special arrangement in collaboration with the diving school of the famous free diver Umberto Pellizzari.
The resort and Santa Teresa Gallura are easily accessible from Olbia's airport and ferry port. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be found in Santa Teresa Gallura.
