Isuledda Resort
The Isuledda Resort is in North Sardinia (just 1.5 km from the town of San Teodoro) and consists of 29 semi-detached holiday homes, and 140 rooms. The resort was designed to be spacious and open, and it is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape and located close to the beach. The fine sandy beach of Cala D'Ambra is about 250 m away, the beach of Isuledda is 500 m away.
The holiday houses are built in typical Sardinian style; a combination of wood and stone, surrounded by green lawns and various amenities. The resort has a parking lot which leads to a beautiful green park.
The hotel rooms are spread throughout the resort near the restaurant, but also around the pool and the apartments. All 29 apartments are located on the ground floor and have a terrace or a small garden, which offers the necessary privacy. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (with 2 electric hobs), air conditioning, a hairdryer, television and a safe.
There is a nice swimming pool, also perfect for children. For a real Italian pizza, you can go to the restaurant, for small groceries at the minimarket, there is a playground, bicycle rental and scooter rental are possible. At the centre of the resort, between the houses there are the tennis courts and a large playground, where the mini club also takes place (June to September). In short, there is something for everyone!
Club card: With the club card, children from the age of 4 can use various facilities and activities in the park. It is compulsory to purchase the club card in the period from June to September. The entertainment team offers various daytime activities such as games and gymnastics as well as evening entertainment with live music in the bar (piano bar, mini club). Free use of the swimming pool (during the day), tennis court, shuttle service to La Cinta beach, Isuledda and San Teodoro center. Outside this club card period, the swimming pool is free of charge.
The Isuledda Resort is a wheelchair-friendly accommodation, because the terrain is flat, and all apartments are on the ground floor. There are several apartments with an adapted bathroom and the swimming pool has a lift.

The Isuledda Resort is located near the coast, in the quiet Sardinian countryside, and a car is advisable. The holiday homes are approximately 30 kilometers from Olbia’s airport and ferry port. The town of San Teodoro is only 1.5 kilometers away. What was once a sleepy fishing village has now grown into a wonderful holiday destination. San Teodoro's biggest draw is the variety of beaches that can be found there but also, the special flora and fauna and the unspoiled nature contribute to the appeal of this destination. In the evening, the village comes alive with a wide choice of bars, pizzerias, and typical Sardinian restaurants. During the high season there is a night market, so you can have a nice walk and hunt for souvenirs!
Besides the beaches, the food and the nature, Sardinia is very popular for its golf courses of natural beauty. For the golf enthusiasts in the vicinity of San Teodoro there is the 9-hole Puntaldia golf course with beautiful sea views, which is 8 km away from the resort. Also, 60 km away there is the famous golf resort Pevero with 18 holes on the Costa Smeralda.
Those who love diving have also come to the right place. The marine reserve Tavolara is a unique place with vast expanses of Posidonia Oceanica (sea grass beds), many different coloured sponges, not to mention the different types of Mediterranean fishes.
San Teodoro is located on the coast of Capo Coda Cavallo which is part of the marine reserve of Tavolara in the province of Sassari. The Capo Coda Cavallo peninsula is characterized by a succession of bays with sandy beaches and cliffs covered with typical Mediterranean vegetation. We have listed the most beautiful beaches for you:
Cala D'Ambra: A small, but very nice beach. The sea water looks like a natural swimming pool! At 250 meters, this beach is the closest to the property. The beach is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, so you will have privacy. In the water it is quite rocky and therefore we recommend that you wear water shoes.
S'Isuledda: Not very large, but surely a beautiful beach: fine sand and clear water with different shades ranging from turquoise to green. This contrasts sharply with the Mediterranean vegetation around the beach. This beach is about 500 meters from the accommodation. The shallow water makes this the ideal beach for families with children.
La Cinta: the beach of San Teodoro; with its length of 4 km, this is one of the most beautiful and most popular beaches in all of Sardinia. You can use the shuttle service that takes you to and from this beach at fixed times.
