La Pelosa Residence
The modern apartments of La Pelosa Residence are located just a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and Europe “La Pelosa” in the northwest of Sardinia. From the beach you can enjoy an impressive view of the Asinara island.
The residence consists of 56 apartments, spread over 5 buildings, surrounded by a large garden. The apartments were built in 2020, have modern furnishings and air conditioning. Each apartment also has a terrace (ground floor) or balcony (first floor). At the residence you can use for free the barbecue zone and bicycles (based on availability). Numerous cafes and restaurants can be found in the vicinity of the residence. A new swimming pool will be available to guests in the 2022 season, and there are also beautiful (child-friendly) beaches within reach.
The area is ideal for water sports lovers, perfect if you like snorkelling, diving, wind and kite surfing. The fishing village of Stintino is located a few kilometers away. Stintino is known for its picturesque harbor and in the summer months you can visit the colorful night market in the village. The boat to the island of Asinara also leaves from Stintino.

The fishing village of Stintino is located 3 km from the apartments, on the peninsula which has the same name as the village. The peninsula is very diverse, the last tip of the peninsula is Capo Falcone. This rugged headland offers stunning views over the island of Asinara and the coastal strip from Castelsardo to Capo Caccia. The west side of the peninsula consists of a rugged coastal strip with alternating sandy and pebble bays. With its sheltered coastline, the east side of the peninsula stands in stark contrast to the rugged west side of the peninsula.
On the northeast side of the peninsula (just hundreds of meters from the apartments) there is the famous beach of La Pelosa. La Pelosa is known for its crystal clear turquoise waters, fine white sand beaches and gently sloping sea. Off the coast of La Pelosa is a small island on which the ruins of the Aragonese tower stand. To protect the biodiversity and coastline of La Pelosa, you must buy a ticket in advance to access this beach. But don't worry, there are many other (free) beaches to visit in the immediate vicinity, including; Spiaggia Le Saline, La Pazzona, Coscia di Donna, Cala Puntello, Cala Lupo and Spiaggia Punta Negra.
From the northeast side of the peninsula you look out on the Asinara island. This island is a national park and has been a marine protected area since 2022. Asinara can be reached by boat from the port of Stintino. We recommend that you discover the island with a mountain bike or with a guide.
