This spacious holiday village is located on the beautiful and unspoilt southeast coast of Sardinia. It offers different types of apartments with all the amenities and beautiful sea views. Great for a quiet family beach holiday away from the crowds.
This holiday residence in Sardinia has a restaurant with pizzeria (Samarcanda, highly recommended!), a snack bar, a private beach with beach bar, a mini market where you can you can buy freshly baked bread, a tennis court, a 5-a-side football pitch and mini golf.
At the beach you can windsurf and sail (courses available), and you can rent canoes and pedal boats. Boat excursions are organized by the reception once a week. There is a nice playground for the children. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for rent on the beach, you can cool off in the sea, the accommodation does not have a swimming pool. Approx. 50 to 150 meters away there is a small bay with stones and rocks, a little further at approx. 400 to 600 m there is a wide sandy beach with shallow waters, great for the children. A great location for families with children at a reasonable price, but a car is necessary.

The apartments are terraced against a hill and are located on the ground or first floor. All apartments have a terrace or balcony with sea view. The apartments are neat, clean, and functionally furnished, perfect for a family holiday; You will not find excessive luxury here. TV and air conditioning (mobile) are available for a fee.
When booking a two-room apartment (2 + 2 prs.) Or a three-room apartment, it is possible, if available, to request an upgrade for one of the new houses at an additional cost. These are built in typical Sardinian style and tastefully decorated with more comfort. The surcharge to be paid is calculated on the basis of 3 types, "Normal", "villa" (incl. The residence is in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, near the village of Villaputzu in the province of Cagliari. The capital and biggest city of the island, Cagliari, is approximately 1.5 hours away. You can visit the medieval town, called the “Castello”. The “Castello” is located on a hill from where you have a beautiful view of the city and the harbour. In the past, the entrances to the city were protected by 2 gates, the Porta di San Pancrazio and the Porta dei Leoni (dating from the 11th century AD). Much of the old city walls is still intact. In the “Castello” you can visit the Cathedral and the Elephant Gate and don't forget to get an ice cream at one of the ice cream parlours that you can find in Cagliari. Cagliari is also great for shopping, and it has an 8 km long fine sandy beach, Il Poetto, which the inhabitants of Cagliari like to visit.
Near Villaputzu and the village of Quirra, there is the beautifully preserved Romanesque church of San Nicola di Quirra. The church was built entirely in red brick in the second half of the 13th century by Pisan sculptors. A path leads from the church to the ruins of the Castello di Quirra; the castle dates from the first half of the 13th century. At the top you will be rewarded with a great view of the beach and the sea.
Behind the fantastic, white sandy beaches of the Costa Rei there are the mountains of the Parco del Monte dei 7 Fratelli (“the mountains of the 7 brothers”, so called because of the 7 mountain peaks). This fascinating nature park is ideal for excursions on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback or with a 4x4 all-terrain vehicle. It is advisable to do this under the guidance of a local guide.
Villasimius is only about 40 minutes’ drive and is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Sardinia. It has a beautiful marina, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Especially in the summer, you can go out here in the evening and there is live music in many places. In addition, there are spectacular beaches such as Timi Ama and Punta Molentis with its impressive rising granite rocks.
About 1 hour's drive near Cagliari, you will find Waterpark Diverland in Quartucciu, the perfect place to go to have a fun day with the kids. This is really an amazing park with many water slides, several swimming pools, water games, restaurant, and bar. Great entertainment for the whole family.
If you also want to explore the inland, drive towards the Parco della Giara, a Natural Park where the last wild horses in Europe can be spotted, an exciting and educational experience.

Great hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. perfect location if you have young children. Many activities organized for the little ones. Clean and comfortable rooms.
After a lot of research I have chosen this resort and I must say that I made an excellent choice, quiet, with the sea in front of the door, a very nice villa with kitchen and washing machine, with a nice terrace with a sea view, we still have 3 days to go but I have to say we are very happy so far!, a very special thanks to Valentina, the front desk girl who was very nice!
What a beautiful place on this beautiful island. Ocean View. Beautiful, sober apartments. Quite cool in May without heating. Nearby there are beautiful places such as an abandoned mining village, a castle ruin or beautiful lookout towers. The supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away. You really need a car to explore the hinterland. Nature is amazing in May.
Had a great time with the two of us. Beach is within walking distance and the view/area is stunning! Especially for people who want to relax.
