This 2-story holiday home in Sardinia has a large and comfortable living room with a modern sitting and dining area and large sliding doors that provide access to the terrace with a swimming pool. There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with, among other things, an oven and dishwasher, where you can cook deliciously. On the ground floor, you have 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, and 1 with a single bed.
In the basement (the house is built against a hill) there are 2 more bedrooms, each with two single beds, from each room you can walk straight into the garden. All bedrooms have their own adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal if you are with a family or a larger group. The villa also has air conditioning, a satellite TV, a laundry room with a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron. On the terrace with a veranda by the pool, you have plenty of privacy to fully enjoy the view of the hills and the crystal clear sea of %u200B%u200BSardinia every day.

This luxury villa in Sardinia is located in the province of Olbia Tempio, 2 km from Porto Cervo. The port of Porto Cervo is ideal for a cooling walk in the evening or for drinking a glass of wine at one of the bars.
You will find a restaurant and bar just 200m from your holiday villa. A little further than 500m from Villa Collina is the Abbiadori shopping center, where you can find various shops, including a newsagent, large supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, fishmonger, bakery, bar, and ice cream parlor. From the villa, you can visit the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. The nearest beach, about 750m away, is the beach of Grande Pevero. The most beautiful beaches can be found about 2.5 km away, Liscia Ruja, Celvia, and Capriccioli.
Liscia Ruja
Spiaggia di Liscia Ruja is located in the middle of Portisco and Cala di Volpe and is considered one of the best beaches in Sardinia. The beach is about 700m long, ideal for a beach walk! The sand is snow white, the sea is crystal clear, and, in the east, you can enjoy a view of the Soffi and Mortorio islands. Facilities: parking (approx. € 2 p/h), bar/restaurant, beach chairs, and umbrellas (for a fee). Tip: you can enjoy fantastic snorkeling!
Spiaggia la Celvia
Within walking distance of Spiaggia Capriccioli, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, is Spiaggia la Celvia. Surrounded by luxury apartments, 300m long, south facing. If you like a lot of luxury and comfort, you've come to the right place. Countless restaurants serve, for example, homemade cocktails and ice-cold champagne. International celebrities are regularly spotted on this beach!
Capriccioli
Spiaggia Capriccioli has a length of about 200m and is considered a small beach. The beach is surrounded by olive and pine trees and is divided into 2 parts by gigantic granite rocks. The water is shallow and often calm, making it perfect for families with children. This fabulous beach can get quite busy in the high season, but it's definitely worth a visit, so maybe go early in the morning!
Going north from Porto Cervo, you will find Baja Sardinia. From the fine sandy beach with crystal clear water, there is a spectacular view of the islet of Caprera (Maddalena Archipelago). In Baja Sardinia, you will find several interesting shops, terraces, and restaurants. The shops are often open late at night, and there are some nightclubs. One of the famous nightclubs in the area is the Rituals, located in a natural cave! For several years Baja Sardinia has been a protected nature reserve, which can be reached by boat.
For golf lovers, there is the famous Pevero Golf Club which is an 18-hole golf course located just 7 minutes by car from the villa.
