The villa, built in 2 levels, offers complete privacy and tranquillity, and has a great view of the hills and the sea. There are 3 + 1 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with a double sofa bed, so it can host a maximum of 8 guests. The modern kitchen equipped with all the amenities including a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The villa also has a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.
The rooms have access to different furnished covered terraces with sea view. The villa was designed to have a low environmental impact and low carbon emissions. For example, the roof of the villa is equipped with a natural ventilation system with 2 air chambers, for the natural flow of the wind, instead of a traditional air conditioning. The villa also has solar panels. In the garden, guests can of course enjoy the private swimming pool with terrace and outdoor shower and a barbecue is also available. There is a private parking space, and the garden is closed with an electric gate.

Villa Monti di Mola is built on 2 levels: ground floor and a basement. There is access to the garden from both floors. There is no traditional air conditioning system, but the villa has a special roof construction with air circulation.
The villa is only rented from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights.
