The luxury holiday villa is only 50 meters from one of the the beaches of the Costa Paradiso. The garden of over 1000 square meters with private saltwater pool offers plenty of space and complete privacy. This villa has a total of 3 bedrooms (6 to 8 guests max) is the ideal for a luxurious, relaxed, holiday in the beautiful nature directly on the coast of Sardinia.
Villa Piacere is located on the northen coast of Sardinia, about 15 km from Costa Paradiso and 20 km from Santa Teresa Di Gallura. The villa has a spacious living room overlooking the pool and the sea, with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV; a separate fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; 3 double bedrooms (air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms. A basement has recently been created, making it possible to rent an extra bedroom with ensuite bathroom on request. Outside there is a barbecue and outdoor shower. The spacious garden has a large terrace and a swimming pool of approx. 100m2 in the shape of a light bulb, there is a springboard because the maximum depth is 3 m.
The villa is located on an exclusive private plot with several luxury houses. The plot has 24h video surveillance with controlled access.

Luxury villa on the ground floor: Large living room with sea view, with fireplace, built-in comfortable sofas, television with satellite system. The separate kitchen is equipped with: electric oven, 5-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Laundry room with washing machine ironing board, iron. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On request, you can rent an extra room with an ensuite bathroom with shower. This room is located in the basement.
Outside a large garden with lawn (approx. 1000m2), private swimming pool (salt water) of approx. 100m2 with springboard, spacious terrace with sun loungers and lounge set, reserved parking space; barbecue, outdoor shower.

Near villa Piacere you will find the towns of Santa Teresa di Gallura (20 km) and Costa Paradiso (15 km). From the port of Santa Teresa you can see the rocky cost of Corsica. Santa Teresa has developed into an internationally popular seaside resort. There is a pleasant center, attractive for tourists. Think of nice restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and a weekly market (Thursdays). The market is always crowded with holidaymakers. Here you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit and local delicacies. Do you like a bit of art? In the summer months, an art market is held here in the evenings where young artists exhibit their work. Most holidaymakers come for the beautiful coast and the beautiful beaches. Some beaches in the vicinity are: Copa Testa, La Rena Bianca, Cala Spinosa, Cala Sambuco.
The name Costa Paradiso speaks for itself. It is a idyllic place within the island, with some of the best beaches you will fin in Sardinia with transparent turquoise water, fine white sandy beaches and lots of greenery. A great place to snorkel in the transparent waters and the many coves; - bring an (underwater) camera! Once you discover Costa Paradiso, you will keep coming back again and again!
From the villa it will take you just an hour's drive to the Costa Smeralda, with its beautiful beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Also at the Costa Smerala you will find crystal clear waters, countless coves, unique rocks and the fragrant presence of mediterranean flowers and plants. It is said that this is one of the most beautiful natural environments in the world. Despite the many tourists that flock here, the beaches still retains its natural beauty, partly thanks to the strict environmental controls. You should visit Porto Cervo here, where you will find a bustling center, elegant (designer) shops and an exciting nightlife. The Costa Smeralda is one of the main tourist destinations in Sardinia. Here you will find a good combination of tranquility, beautiful nature on the one hand, luxury and entertainment on the other.
The port town of Olbia (70 km) is a 1.5-hour drive away. Olbia is also called the "Gate of Sardinia". Olbia has a large port and a modern airport. Yet the city is also worth a visit because of its lively center, interesting culture and many culinary specialties. If you are in Olbia in August (13 to 17) you can visit the international jazz festival with many dazzling concerts.
A little further away, just a 2-hour drive away is the bustling city of Alghero (115 km). This is a very popular city among tourists who spend a holiday in Sardinia. The city has perhaps the most extraordinary history of all places in Sardinia. Alghero is also called "little Barcelona" because there are many reminders of the earlier Spanish influences. Such as the traditional costumes, the artisan shops, the local cuisine, the Spanish street names and the spoken language. Alghero is a pleasant city to stroll through along the many shops, bars and restaurants. Don't forget to visit the 17th century church of San Michele.
