Sardinia resort with luxury holiday homes 500 m from the beach in the stunning Costa Rei, the beautiful coastal strip on the southeastern coast of Sardinia. This luxury resort, built in Sardinian style, is set up as a small residential area with luxurious detached and semi-detached holiday homes.
The 25 detached and semi-detached (semi-detached) holiday homes are equipped with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwaves. Wi-Fi is available, but for an additional cost. The semi-detached villas share a swimming pool with 6 homes. The detached villas do not have a swimming pool, not even shared. All villas have their own entrance and spacious outdoor area with a garden, outdoor shower, patio terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue for outdoor dining in complete privacy.
A restaurant is located across the road, and there is a bar and ice cream parlor within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket is a few hundred meters away. You can walk to the beach via a path at the villa park. At the beach, you can rent sun loungers and parasols, and if you want a snack or a drink there is also a beach bar!

A total of 25 detached and semi-detached villas are equipped with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwaves. Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost. The semi-detached villas have a shared swimming pool for 6 homes (4/6 people). The detached villas do not have a swimming pool. All villas have their own entrance, garden with outdoor shower, and furnished terrace with veranda and barbecue. The type of villa 'Bifamiliari' or semi-detached has 2 bedrooms and is, therefore, suitable for 4 to 6 people. The detached villas type 'Unifamiliari' have 3 bedrooms and are suitable for 6 to max. 8 people.
The villas are neatly and neatly furnished, and the available interior is the same for each house but can differ slightly in color and design, the photos are an indication.

These comfortable villas located in a villa park are approx. 500 m from the sandy beach of Costa Rei and from Cala di Monte Turno (which is a further walk). Both beaches are suitable for children, it is a free beach in combination with a serviced area with sunbeds and umbrellas that can be rented for a day (part) or a week. There are also many water sports options, and you can also rent a motor boat at the beach. Sant' Elmo is about 3500 m away with restaurants, shops, and a bar. Villasimius is 10 km away.
The cozy center of the seaside resort of Costa Rei is located at the foot of the mountain called Monte Nai. You can also find routes for hiking or mountain biking in this area.
Ville Cala Sinzias's residence is about 65 km from Elmas airport near Cagliari. Be sure to visit Cagliari city, the capital of Sardinia and an important port. The city has a beautiful center, explore this with a bike tour. On the beach of Cagliari, Poetto is also a wonderful to stay.
